Employee Portal at UNIBEP S.A.

In December, we launched the Employee Portal at UNIBEP S.A. It is an application that complements our AX People human resources management system, which has been operating for several years at our client. Thanks to our solution, UNIBEP employees will be able to use employee self-service consisting in easy communication with the HR department via a web browser. From now on, employees will be able to independently submit applications for: leave, overwork, remote work, private leave; check the status of your leave and debt in KZP; have access to PIT, RMUA, payslips or data related to training. All this for 24 hours a day, without having to visit the human resources department.
