Upon the end of the implementation process we provide our customers with following service support:

keeping the software up-to-date in terms of Polish laws, employee social insurance, and laws regarding taxation of work agreements (in terms of both employment and contract work). The patches also provide taxation regulations specific to particular areas of the country. System is brought up-to-date no later than in the moment in which the regulations go into life. We provide our customers with guarantee of correctness of calculations.

installation of the new versions on our customer infrastructure. The installation is conducted remotely and does not interfere with day-to-day system work. Depending on clients requirements we also provide service work on test and development environments and on place in clients headquarters.

classes in system usage. Besides standard, basic classes which take place during the implementation process, we also provide individual classes for our customers employees. The classes might be conducted remotely, in our company or in clients headquarters. The participants are provided with all the needed materials. All the classes are assessed upfront (as to requirements of the employees) and are conducted by a pre-accepted schedule.
